贡梨和木瓜酵素


上个周六我的黄梨酵素收成了,就到超市买贡梨木瓜来做酵素,没有做过贡梨酵素就尝试做。而木瓜酵素是我第二次做,觉得挺好喝的,所以就决定再做。昨天我的酵素是第三天,可是没有什么泡泡,没关系再等多几天也许酵素才会活跃。

recently my papaya enzyme took more than 4 days then produce bubbles...i think is 5th or 6th day then have....but what is the other fruit?....i dont quite know what is the chinese word...heehee....:D

Hopefully my papaya & pear enzyme will produce more bubbles for another few more days. Sorry, the other fruit is pear.

I also make the papaya enzyme on Friday but today is the fourth day already still not much bubbles.

Can it be because different fruits will produce different amount of bubbles? I went to Jas blog to view I saw the enzymes has quite alot of bubbles don't what the reason?

Last night I checked my papaya & pear enzyme, it produced slightly more bubbles.

I think should be different fruits will produce different amount of bubbles. For what I know kiwi, pineapple, cucumber, grapes will produce a lot of bubbles.
