Sponge Cake 海绵蛋糕

海绵蛋糕Ⅱ

材料1糖 : 85g蛋糕面粉 : 100g发粉 : 5g 全蛋 : 200g鲜奶 : 35gVanilla oil : ¼tsp.SP : 10g (发泡剂)材料2溶化牛油 : 40g

方法1. 把材料1放入搅拌钢2. 以低速拌均所有材料3. 再以高速打5分钟, 改用低速打1分钟4. 加入熔化牛油拌均5. 倒入已铺上纸的20cm 烤盆6. 送入已预热烤箱180°C烘35分钟7. 取出, 倒扣至冷

Sponge Cake Ⅱ

Ingredients A:85g sugar100g Cake flour5g double action baking powder200g eggs35g milk¼ tsp. Vanilla oil10g SP (sponge cake stabiliser)Ingredients B:40g melted butter

Method:1. Place Ingredient A in a mixing bowl2. Mixed all ingredients evenly at low speed3. Beat at high speed for 5 mins, switch to low speed, beat for another 1 min4. Add melted butter and mixed to well combined5. Pour batter into 20 cm pre-lined baking tray6. Bake at 180°C pre-heated oven for 35 mins7. Remove, over turn to cool
