瑞士卷

前个周六,我试着做瑞士卷,可是不成功,烘出来好像饼干又不熟。我怀疑自己把它搅拌过度,不甘心,上个周六我又再做,Yeah!成功了。虽然外观不美,可是它很软也好吃,哇!非常开心。这道糕点是通过粉樱的厨房笔记学做的,也要谢谢Auntie Irene 提供的食谱。

I tried a few times already, It is very nice and soft.But the problem is when I roll it up, not really nice shape too. I think should be more practise.

This is my 2nd times making swiss roll (1st time failed) but I also felt when I roll it up a bit difficult. Agreed with you must practise more.
