我在周末烘了云石蛋糕，它裂的很厉害，但是却不松软，可是口感还算不错 。这样算成功吗？哈哈，我也不晓得？无论如何，我还是会再接再励再努力的。

The surface look a bit burnt ler! Maybe next time when u see the surface is getting black liau but inside still not cook yet then you can use an aluminium foil to cover the surface and let it keep baking then your cake surface won't be burnt when the whole cake is fully baked.

The cake should be soft & moist. Could it be overbaked? Well, my marble cake's surface is quite dark also because i baked longer than the time required, till it cooked, but the texture is soft. What Michelle said is right, we can use aluminium foil to cover the top if the surface is turning brown. 加油噢！

I think I've overbaked & overbeat, that's why it turn out very dark but the texture is still not bad.

my marble cake also got little bit crack, but texture very good. i dare not bake too long, i used only 40mins.

u coughing? better now? did u make the white carrot enzyme, very good for cough...i m short of white carrot enzyme, will only due in 4 days...becos my girls & mi coughing also, due to the very bad weather, if u have seen doc and still cough is time u make the white carrot enzyme.
u can try billy's method of white carrot juice in just a day. white carrot(600g) & mai ya tang (300g) then let it produce the juice for a day. I think his need to mix with water....later i go back & check the book & let u know again...

White carrot 600g
Mai ya tang 麦芽糖300g
remove the skin and slice. Put into the glass container together then seal it.Put in the fridge for 1 day, next day pour 30cc mix with 300cc warm water & drink.
Good for 热咳，多痰。

I also cough for almost 3 weeks and can't be cure even after seeing doctor and also try to take lots medicine from pharmacy n also from chinese medical shop. We got 5 members in my family and four of us is having this cough for almost 3 weeks too and also not able to cure. Last week, my brother in law's friend introduce him to take this pill 金鹿牌止咳化痰丹（成份有牛黄，猴枣,虫草） from chinese medical shop cost about RM15 per box. After we took it for one day only we all feel much better n cure about 70%. Maybe u can try to find whether got sell this in chinese medical shop in Singapore or not. At least this few day i can sleep much better and my 肺也不会咳出来！

你生病了，就要好好好休息，怎么却做起蛋糕来呢？你也真行哦！哈哈~ 我前些日子也咳到半条命，后来咳到累了，加上吃药，才慢慢痊愈，好辛苦阿~
你忘了拍里面给我们看。。。听auntie Irene 说过，重牛油蛋糕顶层有一些裂是正常的，不过如果裂到很厉害，我想可能是温度太高了或overbaked了，你请教师傅了吗？
