Jackfruit

这个水果华文名称是叫波罗蜜吗?我也忘了。有谁晓得它的华文名称呢?如果知道,麻烦你们告诉我,谢谢!我本人不太喜欢吃,因为觉得它的味道很重。听说它的种子可以炒来吃,是真的吗?

Hi Eileen,
I think you are right about the chinese name. The smell is very heavy but is nice. I think is a "heaty" fruit and yes, can be fried.

以前我们是把它的种子,用盐水来煮,熟后就可以直接剥皮就可以吃了!
